Not Happy

Very far from it in fact, but I did find that googling DHL incompetent cheered me up somewhat. Now I have a lot of work to do to pay this even more massive bill they are planning on presenting me with. If DHL get their way the price to not have my quilts hung in a show will be around 400 pounds ($800). I already have the bill for the outbound leg of the journey. Nice to see they have one department that is doing it's job isn't it.

I'd say don't pay it but you could easily wind up with more than that in legal fees. IT's a bit of a no-win situation.

strike me roan, after all that they didn't even offer a refund? What a bunch of knobs. Sod if I'll ever entrust them with anything - you'd think someone would twig to the word-of-mouth fallout & do you right, hey.

Hi Ferett;
I would try working with their "Customer Service" Department to get the charges removed, you certainly have evidence that they did not do their job I think? It was not the customs departement that created the problem was it? Also if you paid by credit card you can dispute the charges and then DHL will have to prove that they provided the service required. Good Luck!
