Anyone work for United Airlines?

Ricky Tims needs a hand getting in touch with a human at United Airlines Chicago. He has had a bag go missing between there and Colorado Springs and well he would REALLY like it back.     Well, I was going to tell him to contact Oprah. She might be able to get results! But to leave a comment on his site, you have to be a member... and leave all kinds of info and pass words... and I just can't be bothered with things like that. He should call the car rental people or someone else who works within the airport and see if they can go find the maintance guy. THEY can find things!
